WEIGHT LOSS - EATING JUST WHAT'S ENOUGH


There is a certain joy when what you cook comes out nice....I mean comes out right! But it's even more joyous when you manage to eat just enough so as to leave some space for dessert but then you decide not to have any, beating the brain's neurocircuitry. Yesterday's lunch - chinese vegetable rice and dragon cauliflower and no dessert. 

Today's slogan ' I refuse to be tempted!'
